Folk artist and American tattooer Robert Ryan turns the revered onto their backs with his solo folk endeavor under the name of American Cloud Songs . Previously getting the ideas in order under his band Harmonize Most High and his conceptual collaborations with artist Daniel Higgs, Ryan’s understanding of meditative drone coupled with enlightened knowledge of the metaphysical plane make American Cloud Songs compositions stand over to the cliff, harmonically in tune with itself, steeped heavily in primitive folk tradition and sacred geometric imagery.
