Following a successful US tour with The Soft Moon and the release of their debut album Love & Regret, Cold Showers took a deep breath to regroup in their hometown of Los Angeles. During this downtime, the band dropped by the KXLU 88.9 FM studios to record four songs, recorded live in the studio on November 25, 2012.
