Wetware are for the Techno heads, Noise and Experimental heads, and a crowd who have been waiting for a live performance for too long. Wetware’s live set is pure energy. The front woman Roxy Farman charges the crowd and gets in your face. Roxy can also be found writhing on the floor. Matthew Morandi is in the back serving up poly rhythmic tracks on his modular synth, which sounds more like a gamelan than the standard bleeps we all have heard. The track “Fuck Them All” is an accurate reflection of the live sound of Salpinx. Give it a listen and go see them play.
Released June 19, 2017 on Bank Records NYC.
